There is no one more professional, knowledgeable, and supportive than Erin (and Jen McCarthy). I posted to social media last year inquiring about a realtor in the area, and Erin responded immediately offering to help. I'm the type of person who can be pretty overwhelming, as I ask tons of questions and scrutinize every little detail when making any decision. Erin was BEYOND knowledgeable about the process of buying my first home. She was also so patient with me and never made me feel like I was being too much, or that there was such a thing as a stupid question. Erin and Jen made themselves available almost instantly to look at homes, answer questions, and walk me through the offer process. If you are looking for a realtor who becomes your friend in the process, and you feel truly have your best interest at heart, you'll want to work with these ladies 🙂

Erin and her assistant Jen are great! The pair makes the perfect combination of 'always there when you need them' and 'well, she nailed those comps'. We moved to the area and bought our principal residence with the pair. Erin helped us negotiate the seller down to the houses actual value (it needed some repairs), with an appraisal that came in very close to her original estimates. Jen escorted us all around the area checking out different properties and giving us all the local insight we needed to choose a location. Looking forward to working with them as I buy rental and commercial properties in the area. Thanks y'all!
